Dravid remained unbeaten during this knock, his sixth
ODI century, and guided India to a handsome victory at the Sardar Patel
Stadium in Ahmedabad in November 2002. India earlier in the day were at
the receiving end of a Chris Gayle blitz, as the West Indies opening
batsman smashed 140 runs off 127 balls. India, in pursuit of 325 looked
to be out of the match at 209-4, but Dravid stood tall and was involved
in an unbroken 94-run stand with Sanjay Bangar (57*). India won the
match by 5 wickets with 14 balls remaining.
