Well, there’re four numbers of wicketkeepers who have scored a fifty and
grab four or more dismissals in a world cup match; Mushfiqur Rahim is
the fourth and latest edition in this club. The three other keepers are

Kumar Sangakkar is the First Batsman to hit three consecutive centuries in World Cup
Kumar Sangakkara is the 2nd
batsmen to complete 14000 ODI runs and ha has taken 378 innings to accomplish
this record as compare to Sachin Tendulkar's 350 to pass the landmark. Like
Sangakkar, Tendulkar had also passed the milestone with a century, against
Pakistan in 2006. Moreover he’s the first batsman to have scored three
consecutive centuries in a World Cup. Kumar Sangakkara is the first batsman to
do so. Only three other batsmen have scored three hundreds in a World Cup
before him - Mark Waugh in 1996, Sourav Ganguly in 2003 and Matthew Hayden in
2007. Overall, six other batsmen have hit three consecutive centuries in ODIs.
Glenn Maxwell Hit Second Fastest Century in World Cup
Glenn Maxwell hit 51 balls hundred is the second fastest
hundred in World Cups after Kevin O'Brien's 50-ball hundred against England in
2011. Glenn Maxwell took one ball less than AB de Villiers, who hit a 52-ball
hundred against West Indies earlier in this World Cup. This is the fastest ODI
hundred by an Australia batsman beating James Faulkner's 57-ball century
against India in 2013. Glenn Maxwell is the third batsman to hit hundred at No.
5 in World Cups, before that Brad Hodge was the last one to hit a century at
that position for Australia, against Netherlands in 2007. The first such
hundred was the famous Steve Waugh century against South Africa in 1999.

Daniel Vettori joins 300-wicket club in ODI crickt
Evergreen New Zealand left arm spinner Daniel Vettori joined cricket's
exclusive 300 ODI wickets club on March 08, 2015 with two early dismissals in
their World Cup match against Afghanistan in Napier. He
became the 12th player and first New Zealander to reach the milestone
with the list headed by Sri Lanka's Muttiah Muralitharan (534) and Wasim
Akram of Pakistan (502), the only two players to have breached the
500-wicket barrier. The 36-year-old Danial Vettori has played 291 ODIs since first selected in 1997 and his 300 wickets are at an average 31.62. The former captain has also scored 2,213 ODI runs, while at Test level he has 362 wickets and 4,531 runs.

Pakistan first win over South Africa in World Cup
Only one number of times Pakistan have beaten South Africa in a World Cup game. Before today's match at Auckland March 07, 2015, they had lost all three World Cup games against them. South Africa have thus lost their first World Cup match against both India and Pakistan in this tournament, after beating each team on the three previous instances.
Sarfraz Ahmad equals most dismissals in ODI cricket
Pakistan wicket keeper Sarfraz Ahmad has six numbers of
dismissals against South Africa at Auckland March 07 2015. Which equals the ODI record, and it is happened
15 times in all one-day internationals, but it was only the second such
instance in a World Cup game. The previous one was by Adam Gilchrist against
Namibia in 2003.
